BF REGENTS TAPS HIGHLAND FOR BANK OF AMERICA CALL CENTER RE- ROOF
TEMPE, AZ — BF Regents has just tapped Highland Commercial Roofing to apply its patented RainShield® system to the Bank of America call center building in Tempe, after weathering years of leaks from miles of seams in the 226,000 square foot roof surface.
According to the project manager on the project, “Of the fifty roofing projects I’ve been involved with, this is the first where the tenants had no complaints about noise, odor or disruption to their business.” Highland Commercial Roofing clients often cite the need for minimal inconvenience for tenants as a top concern when choosing a roof replacement system. “We pride ourselves in providing a solution that meets all of our clients needs,” says Highland Commercial Roofing President Rick Cunningham, “which includes a convenient installation with minimal disruption for our clients and a costeffective, guraanteed roofing system that eliminates leaks.”
The RainShield® System includes a white polymer coating that provides the final seal of problematic roof seams. Larger commercial buildings often have miles of seams, which are the most common source of leaks. The RainShield® System eliminates the seams by creating a continuous waterproof membrane, with the added benefit of reflecting solar heat, producing a “cool roof” benefit of reduced energy bills associated with cooling the building.
